PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

ArtePack processes personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Law 1266 of 2008, Decree 1377 of 2013, and Decree 886 of 2014.

1. Purpose

This policy establishes the criteria for collecting, storing, using, transferring, circulating, and deleting personal data belonging to users, contractors, suppliers, and third parties.

2. Your rights

Data subjects may access, update, correct, request proof of authorization, obtain information about use, submit complaints, revoke authorization, and request deletion when no legal or contractual duty requires retention.

4. Security and retention

ArtePack uses commercially reasonable technical, human, and administrative measures to protect information. Data is retained only while necessary for the purposes described or where a legal or contractual duty applies.
