Frequently asked questions about papers
What is the difference between waxed paper and baking paper?
Waxed paper creates a barrier against moisture and grease for wrapping or separating food; baking paper is treated to withstand heat and release the product. They are not interchangeable: waxed paper should not be assumed oven-safe without checking its technical data sheet.
Do you sell non-stick baking paper wholesale?
Yes. ArtePack manufactures specialty papers for the food industry and serves wholesale orders in Colombia, plus exports to four markets. Format, basis weight, and presentation are defined for each customer's process.
What makes a paper food-grade?
It must be manufactured and evaluated for the intended contact — direct or indirect — and used within the temperature, grease, and moisture conditions defined in its technical specification.
