DELIVERY POLICY

Packages are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the second following business day after payment is received. Shipping is handled by the carrier and paid by the customer upon delivery. Delivery times become binding only once payment is received and confirmed.

Delivery times may be extended due to force majeure beyond our control.

PAYMENT POLICY

All prices are stated in Colombian pesos plus VAT. ARTEPACK is authorized to send invoices by email or make them available online.

WARRANTY POLICY

The order number is the unique reference for complaints and claims. Quantity, incorrect-reference, or damage claims are accepted within two days of delivery. Functional, manufacturing, or hidden defects must be submitted in writing with photographs.

RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Technical advice, instructions for use, and similar information are provided in good faith but do not create additional legal or contractual obligations.
